Print problem with SAPSprint in Window 7

Dear all,

I have upgraded my print server from LPD 6.29 to SAPSprint.

Before upgraded to SAPSprint, I can print Chinese Character successfully. But the upgrade, all chinese characher is changed to "box", can I ask how to solve the problem?

Are there any setting I need to do?

The OS of the print server is Window 7.

I have provide the same setting to both window 7 32 bit and 64 bit, the results are same. (i.e. all chinese charachers are printed as box)
