How to update sap_hr 600 to sap_hr 604 with out stack file??

Hi all,

I installed ECC 6.0 ehp7 but sap_hr 600 available but i need to update hr patches also.

I don't have solution manger system so is there any option to update latest patches with out stack files.

i have already informed to client with out solution manager we can't update to latest version of sap_hr and ea_hr.

Please correct me if i am wrong.

Let me know if any other option with solution manger.

Please suggest me what is correct option.
