Reg: ECC6.0 EhP6 Upgrade Planning

Hi Experts,

We are planning for ECC5.0 to ECC6.0 EhP6 Upgrade, I need some information about Disk space and RAM how much required, I checked with some documents was mentioned % wise, I can't explain thorugh my client, client expecting GB size.

1. Hardware upgrade,

2. Non-Unicode conversation,

3. DB Upgrade,

4. SAP EhP6 Upgrade,

5. DR Server Preparations,

6. Oracle DATA Guard Configurations.

Please provide what are the things its required  above activities related. I mentioned My Environments information's.

If provide above activities related documents, links, some ideas, I will give you some points.
